Game Introduction

Halma, also known as Ugolki or куточки уголки, is a strategic board game played offline. This version boasts significant AI improvements: a completely new AI was implemented in 2020, followed by another in 2021.

Halma's origins trace back to 1883 or 1884, its invention credited to George Howard Monks, an American thoracic surgeon at Harvard Medical School. Inspired by the English game "Hoppity," Halma is played on a checkered board. Two-player games typically use black and white pieces, while four-player games utilize various colors. The objective: move all your pieces from your starting corner to the opposing corner. Players move one piece at a time, either to an adjacent empty square or by jumping over one or more pieces in a sequence.

Key Features:

  • Three adjustable AI difficulty levels.
  • Free to play.
  • Three visually appealing game skins.
