How To Revive Teammates in R.E.P.O.

Playing games with friends is always more fun, but even the best teams have their weak points. In R.E.P.O., where the monsters are relentless, squad members frequently find themselves needing a helping hand. Here's how to revive your fallen comrades.

Each round in R.E.P.O. starts with 100 health. You can lose health by battling monsters or even from using items like Human Grenades. Health Packs in the Service Station offer replenishment, and a unique mechanic allows teammates to share health by interacting with each other's health bars – a clever feature!

Despite your best efforts, R.E.P.O.'s monsters can still overwhelm your team. When a teammate falls, their head drops to the ground. Locate it – either by searching or checking the map's small, color-coded icons – this is the key to their revival.

Once you have the fallen teammate's head, head to the extraction point. Drop the head there, and provided you've met the round's loot requirement (check the top right of your screen), your teammate will respawn with 1 HP. They can quickly regain some health by entering the truck.

Alternatively, if retrieving the head proves impossible, starting a new round will also revive your teammates. This works similarly to Call of Duty Zombies; dead players return at the start of a new round. While this method leaves your team slightly weaker for the remainder of the round, it can be strategically advantageous, particularly for newer players who can observe experienced teammates in action.
