The phrase "Earn XP in By Epic experiences in a party with friends" simply means playing Fortnite modes developed by Epic Games with your friends. Find these modes in the main menu under "Play," in the "By Epic" section. This includes classics like Battle Royale and Reload, and newer options like Ballistic and The Getaway. Complete 60,000 XP worth of matches with friends to finish Stage 1. Repeating this process over several weeks unlocks the Dupli-Kate skin.
A second, similar challenge will unlock later, requiring play in Creator-made modes (any map not in the "By Epic" section). Popular choices include Havoc Hotel.
