Want to avoid walking straight into a rainstorm? Check the rain radar and graph! Trying to avoid getting drenched when you head out? Our rain radar and rain graph are your go-to tools to ensure you stay dry. Before stepping out, simply check these features to plan your day around the weather.
The Buienradar app kicks off with a 3-hour or a 24-hour rain radar forecast. The rain radar image provides a clear view of whether rain is expected in the upcoming hours or the next day. Just below the radar, you'll find the rain graph, which offers precise details on when it will rain and the expected rainfall amount in millimeters. For a closer look at your city or town, zoom in using the magnifying glass icon.
The Buienradar app is available for your Android phone and tablet. With the convenient widget that includes the rain graph, you can quickly check the weather without opening the app.
Exciting news—the Buienradar Wear OS app is back! It displays the rain radar, rain graph, and the forecast for the coming hour. More features will be added in the coming months. Note that the Buienradar Watch App is exclusively available in the Google Play Store and supports only wearables running Android Wear OS.

You can find personalized weather information in the "Komende uren in" (Next 8 hours weather prediction) table for your favorite location, even abroad. This includes hour-to-hour predictions for temperature, feeling temperature, rainfall in millimeters per hour, the chance of rain, and wind force in Beaufort.
Beyond thunderstorm, snow, sun, wind, and temperature maps, we offer data on wind chill, ground temperature, sun intensity, air pressure, gusts, visibility, and humidity, along with the exact times of sunrise and sunset for your location.
We also provide seasonal radar maps. For instance, in summer, use our pollen and mosquito radars to get timely notifications about when to hang up your mosquito net. In winter, our snow radar keeps you informed about winter precipitation, and we also offer a ground temperature map to warn you about night frost.
In the "14-daagse" tab (14-day forecast), you'll find a graphical weather forecast for the next 14 days. Click on the "Lijst" tab for a detailed list view, which offers an hourly forecast for the next 7 days and a daily average for the second week.
Set up your own rain alert in the "Meldingen" tab. Customize free push notifications based on your daily schedule and favorite locations, ensuring you're never caught off guard by rain or a storm.
