The release of the hero shooter FragPunk on consoles has been delayed due to unforeseen "technical issues." While the game was initially set to launch across all platforms on March 6, console gamers on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S will have to wait longer. Bad Guitar, the studio behind FragPunk, announced this delay just two days before the planned launch. Although a new release date for the console versions hasn't been set, the developers promise to keep the community updated on any developments.
In response to the delay, Bad Guitar is offering compensation to those who pre-ordered the game on consoles. This includes the option for a refund, as well as in-game bonuses such as credits and rewards from the first season, which will be available once the console versions are released.
On a brighter note, the PC version of FragPunk remains on track and will launch as scheduled on March 6.
