KEMCO is back with another exciting release following the launch of Metro Quester – Hack & Slash on Android. The company has now opened pre-registration for Alphadia III, the latest addition to the beloved Alphadia series. This game is a remake of the original third installment from 2009, revamped using Unity for a mobile experience. After its release in Japan in October 2024, Alphadia III is now gearing up for a global launch.
It's a Retro RPG
Alphadia III offers a rich fantasy narrative enveloped in pixel graphics and classic turn-based combat. The story delves into philosophical themes and is set prior to the events of Alphadia I. The world is still reeling from the aftermath of the Energi War, a time when the pursuit of life energy, known as Energi, led to widespread conflict.
Check out the new pre-registration trailer for Alphadia III released by KEMCO:
In the game, you step into the shoes of Alphonse, an Energi clone who initially follows orders without question. However, his life takes a dramatic turn when a girl named Tart informs him of a companion's death, prompting Alphonse to question his existence and the purpose of the ongoing conflicts. His journey explores themes of humanity and the futility of war.
The setting is a world where only three nations remain standing amidst the Energi War: the Schwarzschild Empire, the Nordstrom Kingdom, and the Luminere Alliance. These nations are central to the final chapter of the Energi War.
Pre-Registration Is Open for Alphadia III
You can now pre-register for both the premium and freemium versions of Alphadia III on the Google Play Store. The official global launch is scheduled for May 8th, 2025. The game is optimized for controller use, and the premium version includes 150 bonus Comet Stones.
Alphadia III introduces new gameplay mechanics such as Arrays, the Energi Crock system, and SP Skills. Players can transform their ship into a seaplane, engage in missions and arena battles, and trade Energi Elements.
