Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and City Safari Events Announced!
Get ready, Pokémon GO Trainers! Two exciting events are on the horizon: Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and Pokémon GO City Safari.
Pokémon GO Tour: Unova – February 2025
This in-person event, inspired by Pokémon Black, White, Black 2, and White 2, hits Los Angeles and New Taipei City from February 21st to 23rd, 2025.
Trainers will explore themed habitats (Winter Caverns, Spring Soiree, Summer Vacations, Autumn Masquerade) filled with Unova Pokémon, including shiny Deerling variants depending on location and time. Shiny Meloetta awaits via Masterwork Research, alongside shiny Sigilyph, Bouffalant, and others from eggs. Shiny Pikachu with special hats can be found through Field Research.
Legendary Pokémon Reshiram and Zekrom will be Five-Star Raid bosses, Druddigon in Three-Star Raids, and Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott in One-Star Raids, all with boosted shiny rates.
Tickets are available now at a discounted price ($25 USD in Los Angeles, $630 NT in New Taipei). Add-on ticket options provide extra bonuses like 5,000 XP per raid. The event runs 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time (PST and GMT+8). On-site booths and team lounges will offer merchandise and relaxation areas. A global event, Pokémon GO Tour: Unova - Global, will follow on March 1st and 2nd.
Pokémon GO City Safari – December 2024
Get ready for a citywide adventure in Hong Kong and São Paulo from December 7th to 8th (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time)! Join Professor Willow and Eevee to solve a Pokémon mystery.
Ticket holders receive an explorer hat-wearing Eevee. Evolving it (25 Eevee Candy) retains the hat. The Eevee Explorers Expedition earns a second hat-wearing Eevee.
Expect Galarian Slowpoke, Unown P, Clamperl, and more in the wild, with Oricorio (Pom-Pom and Sensu Styles), Swablu, and Skiddo hatching from eggs. Location-specific Pokémon will also appear. Maps will be provided, and Pikachu or Eevee visors (while supplies last) are included.
Tickets are $10 USD in Hong Kong and R$45 in São Paulo. Add-ons offer extra items and increased shiny encounter chances. Don't miss out!
