How Does It Work?
The process is straightforward:
Step 1: Download the ZappTax app for free and set up your profile.
Step 2: Enter the dates of your stay in the European Union.
Step 3: When shopping, request a "VAT invoice made out to ZappTax" from the merchant. Take photos of your invoices and upload them to the app or forward them by email to [email protected].
Step 4: At the end of your trip, request the automatic generation of your tax-free forms within the app. You'll receive one or more forms detailing all your purchases.
