The app serves as a replacement for the lead in the game Mafia, designed for groups ranging from 5 to 40 players. If you enjoy playing Mafia with friends but often lack a professional moderator, this app is the perfect solution for you.
To use the app effectively, your device must have a speaker, and a larger screen size is recommended for the best experience. The app announces the different stages of the game and prompts actions by waking up the relevant players. In larger groups, the first eliminated player can take on the role of an assistant, using the device to indicate the players under scrutiny. This feature ensures no errors from the lead, while background music and additional sound effects enhance the familiar appeal of the game. In addition to the standard roles of Mafia and civilians, the game includes the following specialized roles:
- Doctor
- Sheriff
- Maniac
- Don
- Putana
- Immortal
- Dvuliky
The game offers two modes for distributing cards:
The first mode: In this mode, the device distributes the cards, and players receive their roles by passing the device around.
The second mode: This mode involves using playing cards or special Mafia cards. During the game, as players exit, the first player who leaves must use the device to specify the roles of all active players.
Voting in the game can be conducted in two ways:
The first mode: If the vote is conducted through the system against a player, participants take turns being put up for a vote. Each player accumulates votes from others, and once voting is complete, the next player is nominated. Each player votes once, and the first player to vote is chosen randomly.
The second mode: In the traditional voting system, players vote in sequence for any player. Each player votes once, and the first to vote is selected randomly.
The game supports three different game modes:
Open mode: In this mode, the roles of eliminated players are revealed.
Closed mode: Roles of eliminated players remain undisclosed. At night, the master continues to announce the waking of the eliminated role, but the lead simulates the actions of the retired player at an arbitrary time interval.
Semi-closed mode: Only the roles of players eliminated by voting are disclosed. The roles of those killed at night remain hidden, and the lead continues to mimic their nighttime activity.
