The 4 Bead (also known as 4 Teni, Sholo Guti, or 4 Daane) Game is an engaging strategy game that can be enjoyed by two players. Each participant starts with 4 beads, and the objective is to strategically maneuver these beads to outlast the opponent by keeping at least one bead on the board while attempting to capture all of your rival's beads.
The game kicks off automatically once both players are registered. The first player to move must select one of their beads and advance it to the nearest available spot. It's crucial to note that in a single turn, a player can only move a bead to the nearest location once.
There are two primary ways to move the beads:
- By moving to the nearest bead: This method is used to position your beads safely away from your opponent's reach, enhancing their chances of survival on the board.
- By crossing another player's bead: If the nearest bead to yours is your opponent's, and the spot directly beyond it is empty, you can 'jump' over your opponent's bead to that empty spot. This move not only repositions your bead but can also be used strategically to capture your opponent's beads. If you successfully cross an opponent's bead, you can continue to move in the same turn, potentially crossing multiple beads if the opportunity arises. After making your move, you must pass the turn to your opponent by clicking the 'PASS' button or by selecting another bead to move.
The outcome of the game hinges on which player loses all their beads first. For example, if Player 1 loses all their beads before Player 2, then Player 2 emerges as the winner. Strategic planning and tactical execution are key to mastering the 4 Bead Game and emerging victorious.
