Delta Force is dropping globally soon with the courtesy of Garena. The tactical FPS that was earlier called Delta Force: Hawk Ops is also kicking off a PC Open Beta on December 5th, 2024. The open beta for mobile, however, will start next year.If you’re not in the know, work on Delta Force was started by NovaLogic. Later, Tencent’s TiMi Studios (COD mobile makers), took over the project. And now Garena is teaming up with them to launch Delta Force in some of the global regions. The game will have cross-progression between PC and mobile. In 2025, Garena and TiMi plan to launch Delta Force on both platforms in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, Brazil, Central and South America, the Middle East and North Africa. So, What Will Garena Offer in Delta Force?Let’s start with Warfare which you’ll love if you like big battles. It’s 32 versus 32, a full-on war zone that’s not just confined to the ground. You’ll be fighting across land, air and even sea, with teams split into squads of four operators. And then there’s Operations, which takes things in a different direction. It’s an extraction shooter mode and brings high-stakes missions with teams of three. Your squad will scavenge for loot, dodge enemies and fight to reach an extraction point before the clock runs out.Whatever loot you score can be used in future matches or cashed in for currency. You can also take down opponents to grab their gear and supplies. There are bosses, restricted areas and special missions lurking around the map.A rare item called MandelBrick is hidden in this mode. If you get it, you unlock exclusive skins. However, there’s a tradeoff. Your location gets broadcast to everyone else. Phew! Curious to see the game?
