Free Fire's Winterlands 2024 update brings a frosty chill to the battlegrounds! This new update introduces Koda, a captivating new character with unique abilities, exciting new movement mechanics, and seasonal events.
Koda, a young man from the arctic, utilizes a mystical fox mask granting him Aurora Vision. This ability enhances his perception, allowing him to spot enemies hidden behind cover (excluding crouching or prone players) and highlighting enemy positions during parachuting.
The standout feature is Frosty Tracks – ice-covered pathways enabling players to swiftly move across the map while shooting, maneuvering, and using throwables. Strategically placed Coin Machines along these tracks reward players with 100 FF coins, collectible even while gliding. Frosty Tracks will appear in both Battle Royale and Clash Squad modes.
Winterlands 2024 also includes Aurora Events in both game modes. Battle Royale features aurora-affected Coin Machines, while Clash Squad offers aurora-affected Supply Gadgets. Completing event quests by interacting with these special items provides buffs for the entire team.
