Mortal Kombat 1 Welcomes Madam Bo
A New Kameo Fighter Arrives
The official trailer reveals Madam Bo, owner of the Fengjian Teahouse, joining the fight as a Kameo fighter on March 18th, 2025. She arrives alongside the iconic T-1000 from Terminator 2, as part of Kombat Pack 2 and the Khaos Reigns expansion. Before becoming a powerful ally, Madam Bo's story mode appearance saw her facing off against Smoke. But this was a clever ruse, setting the stage for a greater purpose. Don't underestimate this seemingly frail teahouse owner; she's a skilled martial artist and former Lin Kuei associate, having mentored both Smoke and Raiden.
Gameplay footage showcases Madam Bo's powerful kicks, punches, and a truly unique finishing move involving shattered glass bottles and a perfectly executed head-removal. She'll be a valuable asset to your chosen fighters.
The T-1000 Joins the Fray
March 18th also marks the arrival of the T-1000, the relentless liquid metal assassin from Terminator 2: Judgement Day. This shapeshifting killing machine will be a playable character, utilizing its unique abilities to wield both a sword and a machine gun.
Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns Expansion
Madam Bo and the T-1000 are key additions to the Khaos Reigns expansion, which includes a new story campaign expanding on Liu Kang's New Era storyline. This cinematic experience pits Liu Kang's champions against the formidable Titan Havik.
Kombat Pack 2, featuring these new characters, continues to deliver exciting additions. Sektor, Noob Saibot, and Cyrax returned in September 2024, followed by Ghostface in November and Conan the Barbarian in January 2025. Madam Bo and the T-1000 are the latest additions to this impressive roster.
