Possessions, a minimalist 3D puzzle game from Noodlecake and Lucid Labs, is leaving its Apple Arcade exclusivity and launching globally on iOS and Android February 27th. This wordless puzzle game presents players with charming, miniature 3D scenes depicting a family's belongings. The narrative unfolds as players manipulate the environment, rotating and repositioning objects within each diorama to solve spatial puzzles.
The game's design relies on visual storytelling, effectively conveying a narrative without dialogue. Players will need sharp spatial reasoning skills to succeed, but a calming soundtrack helps mitigate frustration.
A new AR mode allows players to physically move around their surroundings to interact with the puzzles, adding an innovative layer to the gameplay. Caution is advised when using AR mode in public spaces.
