DreamWorks Animation's latest offering, The Wild Robot, is a visually stunning animated film—and reportedly one of the last fully in-house animated productions from the studio. Helmed by Chris Sanders (Lilo & Stitch, How to Train Your Dragon), this movie masterfully blends technology and nature, boasting a star-studded voice cast including Lupita Nyong'o, Pedro Pascal, and Mark Hamill. IGN's review hails it as "a tear-jerking and unpredictable animated adventure," a sentiment echoed by its impressive awards season buzz, including four Golden Globe nominations, ten Annie Award nominations (the most of any film this year!), and an Oscar nomination for Best Animated Feature. A sequel is already in the works, with Sanders returning to direct.
