Pokémon TCG: Undervalued Triple-Pack Blisters – A Collector's Guide

The Pokémon TCG landscape is constantly evolving. Cards once overlooked can quickly become highly sought-after collector's items. Currently, several triple-pack blisters are readily available at retail, but this window of opportunity may not last. Sets like Stellar Crown, Twilight Masquerade, Shrouded Fable, Obsidian Flames, and Paldean Fates are all popular, making these blisters an excellent way to potentially acquire valuable and visually stunning cards from the Scarlet & Violet era.

Why These Blisters Are a Smart Buy

I've already secured several of these blisters. If you're planning on purchasing Pokémon TCG products before the end of 2025, these are a worthwhile investment. Beyond the three booster packs, the promo cards included in each set are likely to become increasingly rare once they're out of print. Once their value is widely recognized, their prices will undoubtedly surge.

Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet—Stellar Crown 3-Pack Blister

See it at Amazon

Stellar Crown is arguably the most undervalued set in the Scarlet & Violet series. While Temporal Forces and Twilight Masquerade receive considerable attention, Stellar Crown boasts exceptional pulls. Fans of Special Illustration Rares will appreciate cards like Terapagos ex (170/142) and Bulbasaur (143/142). Prices are already rising. My personal favorite is Squirtle (148/142), capturing the playful spirit of a classic Gen I Pokémon. The value proposition extends beyond immediate enjoyment; these packs are a solid long-term investment as the set's rarity increases with the ongoing pursuit of the Terastal Pokémon.

Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet—Twilight Masquerade 3-Pack Blister

£16.97 at Amazon

Twilight Masquerade is a set that many will likely regret not purchasing in greater quantities in the coming years. The primary reason? Greninja ex (214/167), currently valued at over £300, and showing no signs of decreasing in value. It combines nostalgia, stunning artwork, and the enduring popularity of Greninja. Beyond Greninja, the set features other highly desirable cards, such as Bloodmoon Ursaluna ex (216/167), with its unique playstyle and captivating artwork, and Cassiopeia (094/064), a top-tier Trainer card in terms of both collectibility and gameplay.

Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet—Shrouded Fable 3-Pack Blister

£13.99 at Amazon

Shrouded Fable, while overshadowed by other Scarlet & Violet sets, presents a unique opportunity. Lower opening rates mean the best cards are harder to find, driving up their value. Duskull (068/064) and Dusknoir (070/064), with their linked artwork and competitive viability, are already increasing in value. The Special Illustration Rare Pecharunt ex (093/064) is a standout Legendary promo, and Persian (078/064) is a potential sleeper hit for collectors, given the enduring appeal of classic Gen I artwork.

Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet — Obsidian Flames 3-Pack Blister

£14.99 at Amazon

Obsidian Flames, despite being a Charizard-centric set, has been somewhat undervalued. This makes the triple-pack blisters exceptionally affordable. The Charizard ex (Special Illustration Rare, 228/197) is the main draw, but even the regular Charizard ex (Ultra Rare, 125/197) is in demand. Given the historical value of Charizard-focused sets, this is a prime opportunity to acquire them before prices escalate. Ninetales (Illustration Rare, 190/197), with its breathtaking artwork, is a personal highlight.

Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet—Paldean Fates Tech Sticker Collection

Paldean Fates is rich in Shiny Pokémon cards, boasting over 130. The pull rates are highly favorable, making it a fun set to open. However, the real draw is Shiny Pikachu (131/091), already fetching nearly £50, and likely to appreciate further. Shiny Gardevoir ex (233/091) is another visually stunning and playable card. Gen I fans will appreciate Charmander (109/091) and Charmeleon (110/091), key components of a strong Charizard deck.
