Is the Universe Really for Sale?
Set on a Jupiter space station, this bizarre bazaar is shrouded in acid rain and mystery. Orangutans with surprising wit work the docks, and cultists barter flesh for enlightenment. The universe itself is for sale, thanks to Lila, a woman with the unique ability to create universes from her very hand.
The game begins in a mining colony shantytown. You play as the Master, a skeletal cultist from the Cult of Detachment—a character both creepy and captivating. Exploring the ramshackle colony, filled with quirky shops, you'll eventually encounter Honin's Tea House, Lila's shop, and the mystery surrounding her. The narrative unfolds through alternating perspectives between Lila and the Master.
As Lila, you'll create universes in a captivating mini-game, mixing ingredients to produce mesmerizing visuals. As the Master, you'll delve into the philosophies of the Cult of Detachment and interact with the Church of Many Gods.
The story gradually unfolds, prompting players to theorize about the overarching narrative. Each character, whether human, skeletal, or robotic, possesses a unique story, and the richly detailed world encourages exploration.
