RuneScape expands Woodcutting and Fletching beyond level 99! This Christmas, Jagex delivers a massive update boosting these skills to level 110, introducing exciting new mechanics and skill tree additions.
For dedicated RuneScape players frustrated by the previous level 99 cap, this is a dream come true. The update, available now on all platforms, allows for continued skill progression beyond the double digits. Firemaking also receives enhancements, and challenging Eternal Magic Trees in Eagle's Peak await those with level 100+ skills.
New additions include Enchanted Bird Nests and consumable items to boost performance. Fletching now allows creation of short bows and crossbows, while the level 100 Masterwork Bow integrates multiple skills. Augmentable hatchets (levels 90 and 100) tackle even the sturdiest oaks.
Beyond the Grind
While the "chop 'till you drop" aspect is playfully highlighted, the update's significance is undeniable. RuneScape's enduring appeal lies in its vast skill system, offering endless opportunities for grinding and unlocking new mechanics. This level expansion opens exciting possibilities for skill progression, promising countless hours of gameplay.
