Some users with Android 11 have reported the app crashing on launch. Clearing app storage may resolve this issue. Please note that this will erase your parking history, which cannot be recovered.
Procedure:
- Open "Settings"
- Open "Apps and Notifications"
- Tap "PP Park!"
- Open "Storage and Cache"
- Tap "Clear Storage"
This is an Android 11 bug that Google is aware of. While a fix is anticipated, similar issues persist globally. We apologize for the inconvenience and suggest clearing storage as a temporary solution.
